Food adulteration is a serious Health problem In Bangladesh. Nowadays It is very difficult to get fresh and pure food Items In the market. Many people are being Affected Every day by the harmful effects of food adulteration. One of a person's most fundamental necessities is nourishment. No one can live without food. this food must be fresh and pure adulterate food is to make the food poorer. it is unthinkable in developed countries. But in a developing country like Bangladesh Food Adulteration is very common. when we go to market it is very difficult to find fresh and pure food. almost every kind of food is adulterer. ghee is mixed with soyabean oil. Honey is mixed with sugar; mustard oil is mixed with oil of lower qualities and also some dangerous Chemicals are mixed with it. Such Chemicals are used to ripe bananas mangoes and some other fruits. pineapples have lost their test because of using hormones for their abundant growth.

the use of too much chemical fertilizers in the visitable gardens has made vegetables restless and the random use of insecticides has made them poisonous. high-quality rice is mixed with lower-quality rice, sand, and small pieces of stone. different kinds of powdered spices are adulterated in different unthinkable ways. in a word, few food items are found in the market free from adulteration. adulteration of food is a crime-a punishable crime. But few people know and believe it. this is the leading cause of the problem. When a dishonest businessman sees that he is not punished for his evil practice, he will continue it with a new spirit. Other dishonest businessmen will also follow him in order to make money.

since most of our people are unconscious of food. they think little about its effect. they buy adulterated food at random without any discrimination. this helps the Evil doers to go on their Evil business of food adulteration. it is our government that has some responsibility to stop it and punish the evil doers. But the low-enforcing bodies and other authorities are not seen so active as they should be. Food adulteration affects people in many ways. adulterated food does not have the same food value as fresh and pure food. By mixing harmful Chemicals with food items the evil doers do a lot of harm to our body and health. by eating such food many people are suffering from many kinds of diseases.

Food Adulteration is a common problem of all our people in the country. So, it should be regarded as a national problem. To make our people conscious, we need a social awareness movement. law-enforcing bodies and other controlling authorities must be active to stop food adulteration. Exemplary punishment should be given to the person responsible for food adulteration. Such persons should be avoided socially in order to create hatred against the silent killers.
