A letter is an indispensable tool in business communication. With the continuous growth of the business, the importance of business letters is also increasing gradually. The advantages or importance of a business letter are given below:

1. Exchange business-related information (ব্যবসায় সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্যবিনিময়): Letter is the best media of exchanging information. Businessmen can easily exchange information related to business activity. 

2. Convey information (তথ্য জানানো): Information can be transmitted through business letters to customers, suppliers, debtors, government authorities (কর্তৃপক্ষ), financial institutions, and any other parties related to the business.
