However, his mother woke up in the morning and found that Bayazid was still waiting by her bed with the glass of water. She blessed Bayazid from the core of her heart and he was really blessed. উঃ। বাল্যকাল থেকেই বায়েজিদ বোস্তামী তার মায়ের প্রতি খুবই অসহায় ছিলেন। তিনিও খুব বাধ্য ছিলেন। একদিন রাতে যখন সে তার ঘরে বসে পড়ছিল তখন তার মা পাশেই ঘুমাচ্ছিলেন। মাঝরাতে পড়ার সময় মাকে বলতে শুনলেন। "জল, জল" বায়েজিদ উঠে দাঁড়িয়ে কলস থেকে পানি আনতে গেল। কিন্তু কলসিতে এক ফোঁটা জলও পাননি। রাত অন্ধকার এবং স্থির ছিল এবং সমগ্র এলাকা গভীর ঘুমে ছিল। হঠাৎ তার মনে পড়ল লোকালয়ের অপর প্রান্তে একটা ঝর্ণার কথা। বায়েজিদ একটা পাত্র নিয়ে একাই সেখানে গেল। কলসীতে জল ভরে ঘরে ফিরে এলেন। বায়েজিদ এক গ্লাস পানি নিয়ে মায়ের কাছে গেল। কিন্তু ততক্ষণে সে আবার ঘুমিয়ে পড়েছে। মা ঘুম থেকে উঠে পানি খেতে চাইবে ভেবে সে তার বিছানার পাশে পানির গ্লাস হাতে নিয়ে দাঁড়িয়ে রইল। তবে সকালে ঘুম থেকে উঠে তার মা দেখতে পান বায়েজিদ তার বিছানার পাশে পানির গ্লাস নিয়ে অপেক্ষা করছেন। তিনি তার অন্তর থেকে বায়েজিদকে আশীর্বাদ করেছিলেন এবং তিনি সত্যিই আশীর্বাদ করেছিলেন। পরবর্তীকালে তিনি একজন মহান সাধক হন।
